ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for a Developmental Outside Sales Account Leader in Houston, TX.
Today, it can be extremely difficult to obtain a job without relevant experience or industry knowledge. Our Developmental Account Leader role is an opportunity for individuals to gain both! ANDON provides training and sales experience in a number of different industries: petrochemical, oil & gas, semiconductor, and life sciences.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:
- Work with our Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to build a solid sales foundation, learn about our products, and build customer relationships
- Achieve sales objectives, develop and nurture customer relationships, create customer-focused solutions, and deliver value in partnership with the ANDON Sales Team and Principals
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of the industry, technologies, applications, and customers within assigned account base
